One-Stop Convenience: We offer a pharmacy, a lab, and radiology in most of our offices. If your child needs a prescription, we can send the information straight from the exam room to our on-site pharmacy, and you can pick it up on your way out the door. If your child needs an x-ray or some blood work done, you don't need to leave our building – it can be done right on-site.

Round the Clock Support: No one can predict when a child will become ill. That’s why Atrius Health offers outstanding support 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Our nurses can answer questions during business hours, we have same day appointments if your child should be seen, and when urgent situations arise after regular hours, our medical staff, including nurse practitioners and physician assistants, are available to speak with you by phone with backup from on-call pediatricians. We also offer ample weekend and holiday urgent care hours at several of our locations.

Easy Access to Your Child’s Medical History: We employ an extensive and advanced electronic medical record system to ensure our medical staff has easy access to your child’s records and history whenever you visit or call the office. Further, should your child need to be hospitalized, Boston Children’s Hospital as well as our partner hospitals in your community have access to your child’s electronic medical record, allowing complete medical information to flow back and forth seamlessly between any provider who sees your child and your child’s pediatrician.

MyHealth Online: When you sign up for MyHealth Online, you’ll have access to a secure web-based system that lets you communicate with your child’s physician’s office, review portions of your child's medical record such as lab results, allergy lists and medications, view upcoming and past appointments, and renew prescriptions. The MyHealth Online mobile app is available as the “MyChart” app in the Apple App Store or through the Google Play, so you can access MyHealth Online via your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch or Android phone.
