Insurance

Every person’s insurance plan and benefits are different; therefore, we recommend that you contact your insurer before beginning this process to understand what your insurance plan covers.   

You should confirm coverage for pre-insemination visits and testing, the cost of the sperm (variable depending on the presence or the absence of a male infertility factor), the cost of the IUI procedure until a woman has attempted conception for several cycles, and the number of IUI cycles needed to determine that an infertility factor may be present.
