Paperless Billing
In an effort to deliver a more secure, convenient and eco-friendly way to receive your bills, Atrius Health has auto enrolled all patients into paperless billing as of February 3, 2025. This means you will no longer receive paper billing statements in the mail.
If you’d like to opt-out of paperless billing and return to receiving paper bills in the mail, please log into your MyHealth Online account and use the following steps to opt out of paperless billing. (Please note: patients who do not have a MyHealth Online account can call our central patient billing team at 1-800-898-7980 and request to receive paper bills.)
Step #1: From the MyHealth Online homepage, select “Billing Summary” from the top row of widgets.
Step #2: Click the “Paperless Preferences” link after the statement, “You are signed up for paperless billing. Accounts with a leaf are paperless.”
Step #3: On the Paperless Preferences page, you will see a green toggle button with a check mark in the Paperless Billing box on the right. Click the toggle to turn off Paperless Billing (it will turn gray), and then click the green “Save Changes” button at the bottom left. You have now opted out of paperless billing.
