Selection to the Honor Roll is based on clinical performance in 18 HEDIS® (Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set) quality measures in the domains of acute, chronic, and preventative care for adult and pediatric patients, as reported by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA).
Many Atrius Health practices achieved the prestigious “With Distinction” status. To earn “With Distinction” status, practices must exceed the NCQA’s national 90th percentile in the three key domains of clinical care. Name in bold indicates Honor Roll with Distinction.
