Atrius Health is pleased to sponsor healthcare-related community events that reflect the organization’s mission and values. Atrius Health will only consider proposals from 501(c)(3) organizations that support efforts to:
- Educate individuals, families, and communities about disease prevention and management.
- Provide and promote services that advance the quality of life for those living with illness & chronic conditions.
Proposal Form
If your organization is interested in submitting a sponsorship request for our consideration, please closely review the following guidelines and submit a proposal. Proposals must be submitted by a representative of the requesting organization. To allow time for evaluation, proposals must be submitted at least 3 months prior to the event.
Atrius Health will review requests in a timely manner and will make decisions based on the criteria below, funding availability, and other business objectives. Not all sponsorship requests can or will be funded. All organizations that are approved for Atrius Health sponsorship must furnish a W-9 form.
Sponsorship Criteria
Top-line Requirements for Event Sponsorship Consideration
- Mustbe a health-related organization that closely matches the mission and values of Atrius Health and operates within the Atrius Health service area.
- Event proceeds support the work of health-related associations, including educating individuals, families, and communities about disease prevention and management and providing support for individuals living with illness and chronic conditions.
- Event proceeds support the delivery of direct services in the communities served by Atrius Health.
- Must be a public organization with a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status in good standing.
- Has not received sponsorship support from Atrius Health within the same calendar year.
- Has a minimum of 250 attendees
Additional Criteria:
- Event proceeds support the facilitation of equitable health service delivery.
- Event proceeds advance efforts to promote and support health services, education, and advancement of diverse and underserved community members.
- The organization must support the facilitation of equitable health service delivery.

- Offers brand visibility opportunities commensurate with cost.
- Sponsorship costs align with funding criteria.
Corporate sponsorship proposals will not be entertained for the following:
- Organizations that are not registered charities with 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status.
- Organizations that are not aligned with healthcare education, disease prevention, and management.
- General or annual fund appeals
- Political action committees or political campaigns
- Lobbying or advocacy groups
- Third-party fundraising organizations
- Individuals or for-profit businesses
- Municipal departments
- School or youth clubs or sports teams
- Churches/Faith-based organizations
- Golf tournaments
- Foundations
Sponsorship Proposals Must Include:
- Sponsorship-level options with benefits clearly outlined.
- A description of the event with date, location, venue, and beneficiary, as well as the estimated number of participants.
- Input and approval of all uses of our name and logo (i.e., signage, press releases, social media posts, web copy, etc.).
- The opportunity/ability to promote Atrius Health’s participation in accordance with its marketing objectives.
